She is the creator of Inspired Motherhood, a thriving online community for moms to find practical tools to raise spiritually and emotionally healthy kids. Besides being a busy mom of three, Lauren also holds a master’s degree in school psychology. She has experience working in the public school system and teaching human development as an adjunct professor. Lauren is married to Darryl, and they live in Pennsylvania with their three kids.
