Episode 89: Volunteer Spotlight w/ Kayli Brown
Did you know there are federal rulings that allow public school students to receive Bible teaching DURING the school day? These rulings lay the groundwork that make Bible2School possible! Did you also know there are 53 million public school students in America? Today, you’ll hear how a high schooler, Kayli Brown, thought outside the box and used the Released Time rulings to volunteer with Bible2School – allowing her to share Jesus with her public elementary school students! Kayli talks about her involvement with Bible2School and shares her favorite lessons and Godstories.
Ready to hear how you can make an eternal impact in the lives of children around you, just like Kayli? Let’s go!
KAYLI BROWN is a recent high school graduate & Bible2School volunteer. She is currently a nanny to three incredible girls, one of which attends 2nd grade Bible2School through her local program. Kayli volunteered with Bible2School for two years, working with three grades! She loved her time with this ministry and hopes others will be inspired to teach children about Jesus too. She loves the reminder that God always has a path for us (Psalms 25:4).

In a world full of busyness and distractions, it can be hard to keep our focus on God. The more you know the Bible and the more you know God, the clearer, safer and sharper your lens is to process the world. This is known as a Biblical Worldview — seeing the world through God’s holy lens, brought into focus by the Bible. This simple and fun optical illusion activity will help guide you through teaching your child how and why we need to keep our focus on God.
